Michael Mahonen was commissioned by M.Y.R.A. Entertainment to write the screenplay about the lives of Peter and Catherine Whyte, Canadian artists whose lives and work celebrated the grandeur of the Canadian Rockies.

Michael spent several months researching the project while based in Calgary. He took many photos of the area, conducted interviews and researched archived material to create the storylines.
